Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. We also can make arrangements for house calls on request. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges of $20 will be incurred for failing to show for an appointment or failure to cancel an appointment within 12 hours of scheduled time. The fees collected will be donated to the doctors' favorite charities.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

If you choose our podiatric services, and we are not participating in your plan, special financial arrangements can be made. The patient is responsible for their co-payment at the time services are rendered.

Medicare assigment is accepted, in accordance with Medicare rules and regulations.

Fees and Insurance
The majority of insurance carriers reimburse a percentage of our fees for podiatric services. Our fees are comparable to most podiatric physicians and surgeons of our area. Please bring your insurance information and completed for on the day of the exam.

If special arrangements are necessary. the office will be willing to wait assignment on your insurance. The patient is responsible for the deductible and the co-insurance at the time services are rendered.

Medicare assignment is accepted in accordance with Medicare rules and regulations.
